Chrome Pane: full screen only extends to the original mapping area

When using Arches through the Chrome Pane, if you click on ‘Enter Fullscreen’ the map only extends to the original mapping area. Full screen mode is necessary as the map view is narrow otherwise.

To rectify I had to toggle between ‘Map’ and ‘Chrome Pane’ tabs, or if full screen mode is turned on first, and then the map control is opened, full screen mode does work. So, there are two work arounds here users will need to be made aware of.

Resizing the ArcGIS Pro window will correct it.
