Could the Create Resources ‘Select a Resource’ field be renamed to 'Select a Resource Type'

We think the Create Resources ‘Select a Resource’ field could be renamed to 'Select a Resource Type' to avoid possible confusion among users.

Additional related issue - is it possible to link 'Select a Resource' types to user types so only certain resources can be created by certain users? E.g. Crowdsource_editor unable to create Consultation records.

Steps to reproduce

1. Establish an Arches Connection in ArcGIS Pro using the following credentials:

• Arches Server: https://esriarches.fargeo.com/

• Enter the username and password credentials

2. Click on the Arches Project tab

3. Click on Create Resources – when the create resources pane opens on the left-hand side you will be able to see the ‘Select a Resource’ drop down.
