Bundle and such before we launch dragged apps

You can drag in existing apps, but if you try to launch it before bundling it'll fail. Currently, I don't know what the error handling would do with that (probably just choke :)), so we need to handle that case. I think bundling when launching is probably not a bad idea for every app. Ideas?
