I left this project so I haven't contributed to it recently (although there is a recent unreleased version). My colleagues at Ardoq might pick it up eventually. FYI - In its current state, the project is a slightly coupled to how we use RxJS at Ardoq, but the intention was to generalize it.

Do you see a use for these devtools in your own project?

I do see myself using it. I am looking for something similar to Redux DevTools Extension
to help with debugging and just keeping a general eye on state while working.

I see, that was actually also my motivation for building this, so I think it could be usable for you as well!

Have you tried following the instructions in the repo to set this up for your application? The project is still in its very early stages, but the initial version should help you with inspecting the state and latest emissions of your the streams that you have tagged with rxjs-spy.

@andreajl just put in some commits yesterday, so in regards to your initial question, it seems like this project is still being developed 🎉
