Tasmota Rule to make a blinking light switch on a Sonoff Basic or SV

Hi guys
Can someone help me setting up a rule to make a blinking (flashing) light switch using Sonoff Basic or Sonoff SV ?
What i tryed so far ...
Setting BlinkCount and Blinktime in the UI console works fine with Power 3 command
I ve created a rule : Rule1 on Power1state=1 do Power blink endon ... works fine but the Rule repeats forever when i give the Power1 command in the ui console with power 1 command, becouse the power1 command repeats offcourse.
Changing the triger to buton1state1 works just fine with pressing the button ... and it s logic it works.
But the problem is that when i issue command from the web ui Toggle button the Rule does not run. Also I m using a Smartthing Hub and when pressing the on command from the Smartthings App the Rule also does not run.

What Triger command should i use when issuing ON command from the Smartthings App or the UI Toggle button ?
