Hi. Im using Windows 11 Dell laptop on a 64 bit pc. should I download amd or arm?

Unfortunately, that isn't enough info for us to give you a definite answer. A 64-bit CPU in a Dell laptop running Windows 11, that could very easily be either x86 (Intel/AMD) or ARM. Can you be more specific?

EDIT: Try going to Settings -> System -> About. What type of processor does it say under Device Specifications?

Easy, download both.
Test the ARM version first - if it works, use the ARM version.
If it does not work, use the AMD version.

usually there's a sticker on the device saying what brand CPU is in it. If it says Intel or AMD then you want the AMD64 build (this is the same thing as x64). If it says Snapdragon then you want the ARM64 build.
