[FEATURE] Filter by responses & suggestions

In the old UI it was possible to filter by annotated as & predicted as
Currently for spanQuestion I only see metadata for filtering.
(Not sure if other question types support filtering by response=='value', but if not it should)
For me this is very important for data quality checking

No from the UI (on SDK side I can already just do it by converting to datasets & filtering there)

Okay, so the responses and suggestions filters are not available for span questions. I ping @damianpumar and @leiyre for more context about it. Thanks @cceyda
