Enhancement - Move action buttons to the rollout page

Yeah, in the main application view in the burger menu:

Like @joyyir I think they should be in the rollout page, so you don't have to navigate away to take action.

Hi @Insomniak47 how about the rollback button. Where is it at? Is it even possible to rollback a rollout from this UI
