Support for ListView Dashboard is not present in rollout-extension

When we look at the argo rollout dashboard, there is a list view, and an individual rollout view

The current version of rollout-extension only supports the individual rollout view in argo-CD

The ListView is very useful when managing many rollouts manually at the same time.
When we want to allow users to manually choose the order of promotion, based on their own testing schedules, for example.

A natural place to add this in argo cd could be a new "Rollouts" tab in the AppProject definition?
that view could show all Rollouts in the this AppProject's namespace?
This would be similar to the "Rollout" tab added in the Rollout object.
