We need to upgrade our plan.

Alternative fix is using mailchimp or mailgun 35$/month

I have disabled email logging (every error was reported through an email to [email protected]). Perhaps this was a reason as to why we were rate limited. We should conduct a test to see when we start to get rate limited.
