Extend beyond supporting jupyter (Renaming or project)

For extended useability, we should also support remote VsCode from this project, and potentially other interactive enviroments supported over a broswer and in a docker container.

This would, in my opinion, involve a renaming of the project to "Armada Interactive" or "Armada Labratory".

It is highly extendable, and we could set it up exactly as required for Quants to use efficiently for things like dotnet interaction.
