h5py error #8

hey!

I've been trying to build my own image containing the tensorflow .whl that you have. However, I constantly get a compilation error for h5py package:

#10 2224.0 Building wheel for h5py (setup.py): started
#10 2254.9 Building wheel for h5py (setup.py): finished with status 'error'

Do you remember if you had this issue? I'm using also python3.7 . Any ideas?
