Vertical offset when clicking blank or populated grid cells

When I click blank, the corresponding grid will move up. And if there is content in blank, it will also move up.

1. go to https://cortexjs.io/mathlive/guides/fill-in-the-blank/ and see the firse example
2. click blank or input something into blank

Actual Behavior

(Required) What happens when you follow the steps above?

The corresponding grid will move up

Keep the same style and height as when empty and unselected

Environment

MathLive version _If using the cortexjs.io site, the version is displayed
at the bottom of the page. If using the library, the version is available by
typing console.log(MathfieldElement.version) in the console. Include the
output of that command here.

Is this a regression: did it use to work in a previous version?

Operating System macOS, Windows, iOS. Include the version

Browser Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc... Try several browsers and note
if there are differences between browsers.
