UNIX installing issue #179

Dear all,
I am having an issue installing poretools in UNIX.
I am using UNIX 16 and followed the exact command lines as in the poretools site.
I get:

Extracting poretools-0.6.0-py2.7.egg to /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages
poretools 0.6.0 is already the active version in easy-install.pth
Installing poretools script to /usr/local/bin
error: [Errno 21] Is a directory: '/usr/local/bin/poretools'

Any help much appreciated :-)
