Bugs in current version

Hi artix75,

First, let me thank you for developing this great simulator aircraft!

During my flights with your A320neo, I've found some minor bugs. Maybe, you find some time to analyze and fix them prior to releasing the next version:

1. MCDU: When both airports entered in the FROM/TO fields in the INIT page remove tab key #1 are identical, FlightGear crashes.
2. MCDU: MCDU welcome display on the A320neo shows "Welcome Aboard the Airbus A330" when you switch it on. (BUG FIXED / CLOSED / 23.06.2015)
3. MCDU: MCDU can be switched-on, but it cannot be switched-off. The knob can only be turned to the right, but not to the left.
4. ECAM: Permanent stall warning (visual / aural) when placing aircraft on ground on some airports, such as e.g. on KAVX, KLVK, KHAF or LSZH (BUG FIXED / CLOSED / 23.06.2015)
5. ECAM Wheel Page: Wheel status triangles are always displayed in red and text "Up-Locked" is shown even on ground. Nothing happens when you retract the gear, i.e. transition lines don't move (up / down / in transit) and triangles don't disappear.
6. PFD: ILS indication on PFD shows course only instead of distance in NM. See http://forum.flightgear.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=23736&p=250549#p250198
