Beta release of SpeckleGSA connector for Speckle V2 🥳

This version of the connector supports:

• Sending (including results) should work for small models; larger models have a high chance of communication errors with the server
• Receiving from a single stream does result in some data being received, but not all aspects of the model will be converted (steel/concrete materials, nodes/elements/members, some section properties, load cases/some loads should be receivable)
• Receiving from multiple streams isn’t recommended at this stage
• Renaming streams doesn’t work yet

Users can have both V1 and V2 versions of SpeckleGSA installed on their computer.
