RemoteImage No Longer Working

Hi there,
I used your component for a client's Joomla website and it was really useful - just what we needed!

However, at some point it stopped working and I just see the error 'Invalid backend response. Data is not JSON.' I don't know when this happened as my client has been managing their own site and I'm not involved very often.

Joomla is the latest 3.9.20 version and I downloaded and installed the latest version of RemoteImage but it still doesn't work. PHP version is 7.2.

Can you give me any clues as to how to get the component working again? It's so useful for people who don't know about images and have no way to edit them. I really hope you are still providing support...

Try turning of GZIP - Off in configuration.php - This might help, as we had similar issues.
