Node.js v6: v8::ObjectTemplate::Set() with non-primitive values is deprecated

Running Node.js 6.0.0 or later you get the above error message when requiring xml-stream. I believe this is caused by the included nan module. The issue has been fixed in nan and should be included in the latest nan release.
