Late answer, but there is a solution: shader properties. There's a setting in every shader's shader.properties FrustumCulling and you can change that to false and the culling will be disabled. This can't be edited in the settings to my knowledge, so I'd recommend making a copy of your shaderpack so you can switch to the culling-less version when needed. I'm not familiar with how this would work with the default shaders, you may be able to make an empty shader with only the properties in it but I haven't tried it and I'm not really familiar with shaders.
If you try installing the mod and set yourself in isometric view, when looking around some chunks don't load because of frustum culling
