Transition multiple issues #5

When we are creating a release, we go though commits since last release and we want to transition multiple JIRA issues to "Developed" state. This action allows us to transition only one issue.

This would be great, I hit this today where it transitioned the first issue, but nothing else. Unfortunately with this issue being over a year old without comment, not sure it's going to happen...might have to fork the repo 🤷
