预编译页面有明显延迟现象 #122

将导航(navbar.html)作为公用模板，其他页面使用预编译后，使用amd引用。

最后结果明显可以感觉到导航的加载比页面其他元素有个延迟，包括demo里面的require.html这个可以再优化吗？

或者可以做到像react或者angular一样，虽然延迟加载，但是用户感知并不大，做到全部页面都延迟加载(要慢都慢)，这样感知不大。
