I'm on Ubuntu 22.04 and when the session starts or the computer gets back from the lock state the rounded corners seemingly stops working. They come back to normal as soon as I open gnome extension manager and I don't even have to change anything within it, just opening it does the trick.

ya for me too, I found out that's because my desktop didn't start with overiew( for me it work perfectly from lock, just not when session starts, I turn it off with dash to dock for cosmic ) and also it will be lost too if I toggle some other extension on/off
simple solution for me was to tap super
