Return statistics and plot info with each chunk

Great library! Thank you for it and your great youtube videos. This is more of an enhancement where the statistical and other information related to a chunk and all chunks are returned—the print statements in the code are helpful. By capturing said statistics, studies can be automated to explore the impact across the varying of chunking parameters.
