$.browser is deprecated in newer versions of jquery

$.browser is deprecated in newer versions of jquery and so the alert dialogs are not well displayed (they appear empty and misplaced in my case)

@maria-claver have a look at this: https://github.com/valantis21/JQuery.alerts, it's slightly different but visually the same and does not use deprecated elements
