Bridge UI: Hard to tell what changed when returning to the Bridge UI after a while

Once claim fully completes, it just silently moves to the history. It deserves a much stronger notification, because the user started the transaction hours ago and especially if there are multiple transactions, they will not know what changed. We can do two things to make it clear:

1. A persistent banner/alert saying “N transfers complete” that you can click on to open the Transactions tab
2. Renaming the "Pending" tab to "Recent" and "History" to "Archived".
   • Completed transfers stay in "Recent"
   • Add a button "Archive Completed" that moves all completed transfers to the "Archived" tab
