Describe the bug

Not sure, the extension seems to only works when it wants to so i am forced to keep refreshing until the button pops up, it's straight up so inconsisten that going to video download websites is way more useful, if it wasn't for this the extension would be a no-brainer.

How to reproduce

Not sure...

Expected behavior

The download button shows up, most of the time it does not even remove the original download button even when i turned the feature on.

What browser(s) can you reproduce the issue on?

Chromium Edge

What OS does it occur on?

Windows

What's the version you're running?

106.0.1370.37

Sadly I can't work on a solution right now
This extension is complex enough that it would take quite some time to debug, and I'm trying to rework some of my other extensions to make their codebases more convenient and consistent
In addition, soon enough I might start university courses, not leaving much free time for myself
Last but not least, I pretty much need to rework this extension from the ground up using Manifest V3 so Chrome/Edge will not destroy it, as in its current form it will only support Manifest V2

Right now I would recommend using YouTube DL, which is easy enough to use, e.g.

youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VID_ID
