inspector-sbomgen v1.3.2 Release

The Amazon Inspector SBOM Generator v1.3.2 is now available.

This release includes minor bug fixes:

• Fixed issue where multiple Dockerfile findings of the same type but with different line numbers were not included in the generated SBOM
• Updated image layer processing for consistency when using Docker daemon.
• Minor improvements to console logs
