Most best practices guide sections have an overview page, like https://aws.github.io/aws-eks-best-practices/reliability/docs/ or https://aws.github.io/aws-eks-best-practices/networking/index/

The windows containers section does not, it goes right into AMI management.

Create an overview page for the Windows Containers section.
