Is there any way to provide endpoint-URL for the AWS

For example if I want to list secrets from AWS running on specific endpoint, on the CLI I could do this.

aws --endpoint-url=http://0.0.0.0:4566 secretsmanager list-secrets

Another example of NodeJS here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSJavaScriptSDK/latest/AWS/Endpoint.html

Question is how do I provide this Endpoint info to the aws-secretsmanager-jdbc so that it fetches correct Secrets?
