Add e2e Information dump during package failures to enable better debugging. #783

When a package fails to deploy during the e2e tests there is alot of reasons this might occur.

Let's add an information dump in the logs on failures including, but not limited to.

Objects in package namespace (pod/secrets/configmaps)
