Support for dev portal deploy with terraform

We would like to automate dev portal deployment using terraform.
Could you please suggest is there any better way to deploy using terraform.

Right now their developer portal is in maintenance mode, they have putted the message like "The Serverless Developer Portal is in maintenance mode. During maintenance mode, we will continue to supply bug fixes and security updates."

And this is from very long time

Where you found that information about maintenance mode? I'd like to know about future of this developer portal so I could start looking for a substitute.
