service catalog puppet full pipeline failing with intermediate Error. Process got killed unexpectedly in between running codepipeline job #579

Please ensure you are using the latest version and have run a validate command on your manifest file see (https://aws-service-catalog-puppet.readthedocs.io/en/latest/puppet/using_the_cli.html#validate)

Steps to reproduce

i have updated the SCT puppet version to 0.198.1. The single puppet pipeline is successful. But when i try to run the service-catalog-puppet full pipeline job, it is failing unexpectedly and job got killed. i have tried executing the pipeline multiple time bu getting same error.
