support for import.meta.hot ? #82

Hi, was assuming that if my koa app import a file that have such code
this code would be called

but it seems it is completely ignored

if (import.meta.hot) {
  import.meta.hot.accept((newModule:) => {
    // whatever is not called
  }
}

Is it something that vite-plugin-node could support or is it out of the question ?
