HTML Dialog Demos: Add example for dynamically creating multiple tabs in a tab view

This has been a question that has been asked multiple times over the years.

Since ivy-rew converted a very old example to Ivy 10, we will include this in here.

I think yes, but this is not obvious to many developers.
The master/detail demo works with dialogs. Often, there is just the need, let's say, for an invoice, to send each position to a possibly different reviewer/accepter, and once accepted to proceed to payment of the invoice.
While the process is very similar technically, it is just not on the radar of the developers searching for a solution.
