Why/User Benefit/User Problem

(explain why this feature should be added)

some manga have very long and hard to remember names (for example Kai Ju Qiang Wen Lie Kou Nv / Devilish Girlfriend) so it would be nice to have the option to rename the manga.

What/Requirements

(explain how this feature would behave)

there would be the option to rename the manga in your library. even better would be the option to edit the metadata
