The manga i added in library are just disappearing after i reopen the app

sorry for not including other information, i am new in github so
anyway
these are the information

tachiyomi version: latest version of tachiyomiaz
android version: android 5
device : samsung ( Galaxy J5)

It wasn't supposed to have no manga in the library since i added lots of them

but all the manga i added aren't there even if i see the chapters i started downloading in the downloads section and i still receive new chapter updates in updates section
