[Quest] Spirit Calling

Current Behaviour

Lesser Nether Drake Spirit should be captured only nearby the Spirit Calling Totem

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Creatures should drop the quest item only when you have
the totem's aura
applied

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. q a 10853
2. .go c id 21004
3. kill & check loot
4. quest item shouldn't be present

Extra Notes

If recharges are finished quest giver should also refill your stock, currently it doesn't.
