Issues re-deploying templates to B2C instance #8

I have been trying to re-deploy template files through ief setup site but ran into the following issue -

An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request.
ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: B2C_1A_TrustFrameworkLocalization
System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<TKey, TValue>.TryInsert(TKey key, TValue value, InsertionBehavior behavior)

verified that the only files that appear to have been deployed are the
policy key containers and backups. No Custom Policy files are deployed.
