A B2C IEF Custom Policy which allows Password Reset via Phone Number (OTP)

For scenarios where the login Id is the phone number (for example Login with Phone Number, an email address is not always required. Ths sample policy will allow you use the users mobile phone number to reset their password.

Notes

This sample policy is based on SocialAndLocalAccountsWithMFA starter pack. All changes are marked with Sample: comment inside the policy XML files. Make the necessary changes in the Sample action required sections.
