Failing on docs start

I was following the Docs README and when I try to run serve-docs.cmd I receive the following message:
'dotnet-serve' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

What is missing?

Sorry about that. Ill update the readme to make that more clear.

You need this: https://www.nuget.org/packages/dotnet-serve/
