stakercli daemon babylon-finality-providers
[btc-staker] error in json rpc client, with http response metadata: (Status: 200 OK, Protocol HTTP/1.1). RPC error -32603 - Internal error: proto: wrong wireType = 0 for field MasterPubRand

stakerd is also reporting errors:
time="2024-05-31T11:21:36+02:00" level=error msg="Failed to query babylon for the list of registered finality providers" attempt=1 error="proto: wrong wireType = 0 for field MasterPubRand" max_attempts=5

I filled in the RPC information according to the documentation, but the latest version also has this error.
RPCAddr = https://rpc.devnet.babylonchain.io:443 # rpc node address
GRPCAddr = https://grpc.devnet.babylonchain.io:443 # grpc node address
