read #1097, it seems that version provided by @AlexDAlexeev is the best option right now

For those wanting to keep step with Redmine, things were working fine up to 3.1, but there are at least some things that break in 3.2 (so far it's just mangled views though). Have fixed the problems I've seen so far and sent a pull rq to Patrick but my changes are not compatible with 3.1 and below.
