upload the samefile doesn't work #78

Hi

When I upload a new file and then, I modify the content and try to upload the same file but with diffrent content the script doesn't work

I fixed with

---------------- OLD angular-csv-import\dist\angular-csv-import.js ----------------------------------------
LINE 70:

scope.onClick = function() {
input.click();
};

---------------- NEW angular-csv-import\dist\angular-csv-import.js ----------------------------------------
LINE 70:

scope.onClick = function() {
input.value = "";
input.val('');
input.click();
};
