Pools table filters - add tooltips

As a user, I would like to know what each of the filters in the pools table does.

High level

To help our users to better understand the parameters of each filter, we want to add a tooltip next to each filter.

Flow

User enters earn page -> Clicks "Filters" on the upper right corner of the table -> Filters drop-down menu opened

Tooltips - text

1. Rewards only -> Show only tokens with active reward programs
2. Show low Volume -> Show tokens with 24h volume less than $50,000
3. Show low liquidity -> Show tokens with deposit amounts less than $50,000
4. Low earn rate -> Show tokens with APR less than 0.15%

Tooltip - design

• Add (i) to the right of the filter text
• Use the same font and text size as all our tooltips
• Tooltip opens while hovering over the icon
