A better codeBlock component

Our current implementation of code block leaves a lot to be desired. We should create a new component which use code-mirror and does a better job of highlighting languages and switching languages.

For inspiration:

I think this should be optional as not everyone wants the added overhead of codemirror. I also tried the page you linked to, selected Javascript and pasted some JS and didn't see any syntax highlighting.

sorry for the lack of clarity. i imagine this to be a separate npm package and not part of the core.
