I have a project that pulls from git, gitlab and github with the trigger being gitlab. Even after enabling the plugin for the configuration the [ci skip] in the commit message does nothing. I suspect it only checks the last commit message it reads, which appears to be the one from github and the not the trigger one from gitlab. Either way it should check all commit messages if [ci skip] is present.
