Current bit valuation next to totals on leaderboard? #3

Hi!

It'd be awesome to get a USD valuation for each user in the leaderboard, alongside the total number of bits, something like

#1 PersonA                             5985 bits / US$3.65
#2 PersonB                             5698 bits / US$3.55
#3 PersonC                              200 bits / US$0.12
