Features

Cross build on windows, mac and linux if possible
Cross build on different versions of node
Runtime test job. Can be of the form of a timeout that checks after x time if the started bot process is well running.
- This test job should be done also on lal platforms (windows, mac and linux)
- Requirements:
  - A test bot dedicated to these pipelines
  - Put the token of this bot in the secrets of this repo

All of this should be run when pushing to a release/x.x branch.
