As an analyst
I want great descriptions of columns and tables
so that I am able to understand how the data is stored and updated so that my reporting is easy and accurate

Description:
Improving table and column descriptions for our database schema in the spirit of good documentation and continuously improving our application and making the data easier to discover and use.

@AayushAnand007 and @Alifath57 please look at the table and columns descriptions in SchemaSpy or in Metabase and list in this ticket what descriptions need to be added/edited.
