Fix naming of Methodology dropdown options

Task:
On the Allocation of Emission page, in the drop-down menu in the Methodology field, there are two options, 'Calculator' and 'Other'. Rename to 'Allocation Calculator'

On the Production Data page, the default production quantification methodology is set to 'OBPS Calculator'. Rename to 'OBPS Annual Calculator'

Context:
The current naming may confuse users because there are 2 calculators being references, so it may avoid confusions if it specifies which calculator is being used.
